摘要：Based on practice and investigation on system development and application, the difference between usual system and system for people with eyesight disabilities is discussed. Some rules for analysis and design on system for visually impaired people are given out, and some, ideas thoughts, methods are brought forward too. Experiment have shown the efficiency of these sidea and rules. These thoughts can also be used for usu al system for better accessibility. ? 2010 IEEE.
