摘要：农产品与食品安全立法日益受到重视。借鉴发达国家的立法经验,中国的农产品与食品安全立法在于政府的持续规制、立法与行业自律三重合力的结果,其中立法是促进农产品与食品安全市场建设的核心。
Agricultural products and food safety legislation has been growing attention. Discussing on the legislative experience of developed countries, China＇s agricultural products and food safety legislation focuses on three areas： the continued regulation, legislation and industry self-regulation, and the legislation is the among the three areas.
