摘要：为全面了解应用型大学学生的心理服务需求,以某应用型大学的636名学生为样本开展问卷调查。调查结果表明,大学生在新时代面临着与以往不同的社会压力和心理挑战,心理健康问题多样性及心理服务需求多元化问题日益凸显。基于调查结果,从增强心理健康服务的可及性、重点关注特殊学生群体、增强朋辈心理支持、强化家校协同、推进心理健康教育的大中小一体化联动等5个方面,提出满足应用型大学心理健康服务需求的针对性和实效性对策。
In order to comprehensively understand the psychological service needs of students in application-oriented universities,a questionnaire survey was conducted with 636 students from an application-oriented university.The results reveal that college students are encountering various social pressures and psychological challenges in the new era,and the diversity of mental health problems and psychological service needs are becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the results,the paper puts forward targeted and effective countermeasures to meet the needs of mental health services in application-oriented universities from five aspects:enhancing the accessibility of mental health services,focusing on special student groups,enhancing peer psychological support,strengthening home-school coordination,and promoting the integration of universities,primary and secondary schools’mental health education.
