摘要：“九二共识”作为时代发展的产物,不仅助推台海两岸正式从内战状态走向和平交流、融合发展,而且成为提升两岸关系和处理两岸关系新问题的政治基石,在两岸关系和平发展时代发挥了独特的功能,作出了特别的贡献。但近年来中美关系的转折性变化、岛内社会统一意识大幅下降和对两岸统一的畏惧心理逐渐升高,以及民进党等“台独”势力追求分裂的政治操作,使“九二共识”面临着严峻的时代挑战。在推进祖国完全统一进程的新时代,“九二共识”的核心意涵不可改变,其搭建两岸沟通桥梁、推动两岸关系和平发展并走向和平统一的历史使命不会因时代的变化而变化。当然,“九二共识”的任务是阶段性的,一旦两岸和平统一,其历史使命也将终结,但“九二共识”必将作为两岸统一历史过程中的一段佳话载入史册。
As a product of the development of the times,“the 1992 Consensus”not only helped the two sides of the Taiwan Straits to officially move from a civil war to peaceful exchanges and integrated development,but also became the political cornerstone for improving cross-Strait relations and dealing with new issues in cross-Strait relations,playing a unique role and making special contributions in the era of peaceful development of cross-Strait relations.However,in recent years,the turning changes in China-US relations,the sharp decline in the sense of social unity in the Island,the growing fear of cross-Strait reunification,and the political operation of the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP)and other“Taiwan independence”forces to pursue division,have made“the 1992 Consensus”face severe challenges of the times.In the new era of promoting the process of complete reunification of the motherland,the core meaning of“the 1992 Consensus”cannot be changed.Its historical mission of building a bridge between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits,promoting the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and moving towards peaceful reunification,will not change with the changes of the times.Of course,the task of“the 1992 Consensus”is phased.Once the two sides are peacefully reunified,its historical mission will end,but“the 1992 Consensus”will certainly be recorded in history as a story in the historical process of cross-Strait reunification.
