摘要：应用型人才是将专业知识和技能应用于所从事的专业实践的一种专门人才,一直以来,我国应用型人才的培养带有学术型人才培养的痕迹。完全学分制的实行为应用型人才培养提供了多种可能。首先,可利用教学计划的弹性,为培养多学科领域的复合型人才提供了条件;其次,完全学分制下可以有效利用宽松选课制度的优势来多途径加强学生实践训练,提升学生就业、创业能力,拓宽就业途径;最后,完全学分制通过修读双学位、二专业为复合型应用人才的培养创造机会和条件。
Application-oriented talents are special talents who apply professional knowledge and skills to the professional practice. All along, the cultivation of application-oriented talents in our country has the trace of academic talents cultivation,however,the implementation of complete credit system can provide many new possibilities for the cultivation of application-oriented talents. First,it can provide conditions for cultivation of compound-talents in multi-disciplinary fields by means flexible elective system to strengthen trepreneurship competence and broaden compound-talents who work for double of flexible teaching plans ; secondly, it can effectively take advantage of the students＇ practical training, enhance students＇ employment and enemployment channels. Finally, it can create opportunities and conditions for degrees,or a second major.
