摘要：城市社区商业在城市商业体系中不仅占据重要位置,而且占据关键位置,与城市中心商业、城市区域商业并行,媒介商品流通、满足消费需求。然而,我国城市社区商业供给角色不断转换、定位模糊;产业价值关系没有链接、不能生成规模效益;散乱运营、外部不经济等问题,导致社区商业供给模式与需求模式错位,有效供给不足,从而引发社区民众的意见。改变城市社区商业有效供给不足的现状,根本在于明确社区商业定位,建立社区商业资源配置系统,完善社区商业供给机制,调整社区商业供给业态、创新社区商业供给方式,实现城市社区商业供需平衡。
Urban Community business in the city commercial system not only occupy an important position, but also occupy key positions which in parallel with the city center commercial and urban regional business to be a media circulation of com-modities and meet consumer demand. However,the role of urban community business in our country is changing and locating;industry value relationship is not linked which cannot generate economies of scale, scattered operations, external economy and other issues leading to China＇s urban community＇s supply and demand patterns dislocation and then causing public opinion. Changing the status of the urban community business effective supply shortage, Lies in a clear business community orientation. Through build community business resource allocation system, improve community commercial supply mechanism, adjust com-munity commercial supply of formats, innovative community commercial supply, to achieve a balance between supply and de-mand of urban business community. Effective supply business community playing an important role in the process of urbaniza-tion in the country, which can optimize the industrial structure, promote regional economic development and promote the eco-logical environment coordination.
