摘要：从城市层面构建绿色金融与经济高质量发展的综合分析框架,结合绿色创新集聚的视角,深入探讨了绿色金融对城市经济高质量发展的空间效应。研究发现,绿色金融对城市经济高质量发展具有显著的正向直接效应,且短期内对周边城市产生正向溢出效应,但长期溢出效应呈现负向趋势。此外,绿色金融与绿色创新集聚的协同作用显著提升了城市经济高质量发展水平。异质性分析表明,效应在三线及以上城市和非资源型城市中更为显著,且在空间距离600 km内效应较为稳定。研究通过动态空间杜宾模型验证了绿色金融在推动绿色技术创新、优化资源配置和促进区域协同发展中的关键作用,同时提出应因地制宜优化绿色金融政策、加强绿色创新集聚区建设、强化区域协调发展,以实现城市经济的高质量转型与可持续增长。研究为优化绿色金融体系和推动城市经济高质量发展提供了理论支撑与政策参考。
This paper constructs a comprehensive analytical framework for green finance and high-quality economic development at the urban level,and delves into the spatial effects of green finance on high-quality development of urban economy from the perspective of green innovation agglomeration.The research reveals that green finance has a significant positive direct effect on high-quality development of urban economy,exerting positive spillover effects on neighboring cities in the short term,but the long-term spillover effect exhibits a negative trend.Furthermore,the synergy between green finance and green innovation agglomeration significantly enhances the level of high-quality development of urban economy.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that this effect is more significant in cities of the third tier and the above,as well as in non-resource-based cities,and remains relatively stable within a spatial distance of 600 kilometers.By employing the dynamic spatial Durbin model,the study validates the pivotal role of green finance in promoting green technological innovation,optimizing resource allocation,and fostering regional coordinated development.It also proposes that green finance policies should be optimized according to local conditions,green innovation agglomeration zones should be strengthened,and regional coordinated development should be enhanced to achieve high-quality transformation and sustainable growth of the urban economy.This paper provides theoretical support and policy references for optimizing the green finance system and promoting high-quality development of urban economy.
