摘要:党的二十大报告指出,“加快构建新发展格局,着力推动高质量发展”“必须坚持科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源”。当前数字化转型与人工智能技术的使用为当企业提升员工工作意义感提供了新的情境。本文基于认知-情感系统理论,分析个体在人机协作中的“情境-认知-情感链”,研究发现:在人机协作的不同阶段员工的工作意义感可分成三种模式,即初级阶段的数字化情境-工作体验感-工作意义感、深入阶段的工作场景智能化-工作认同感-工作意义感、共生阶段的数据交互重构-工作成就感-工作意义感。本研究丰富了认知-情感系统理论的内涵,拓展了企业推进数字化、促进员工适应人机协作的复杂工作场景、提高工作意义感的路径。基于此,企业应在数字化转型过程中注重组织关怀、从场景到系统整体实施数字化、并鼓励员工积极参与和提升员工工作体验。
The report of the 20National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that"to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern and focus on promoting high-quality development"and"we must adhere to the principle that science and technology are the primary productive force and talent is the primary resource".The current digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence technology provide a new context for the companies to improve employees’sense of work meaning.Based on the cognitive-affective system theory,this paper analyzes the"situation-cognitive-affective chain"of individuals in human-machine collaboration.The study finds that at different stages of human-machine collaboration,employees’sense of work meaning can be divided into three modes,namely,the digital situation-the sense of work experience-the sense of work meaning in the primary stage,the intelligentization of the work scene-the sense of work identity-the sense of work meaning in the depth stage,and the data interaction reconstruction-the sense of work achievement-the sense of work meaning in the symbiosis stage.This study enriches the connotation of cognitive-affective system theory,expands the path for enterprises to promote digitalization,motivate employees to adapt to complex work scene of human-machine collaboration,and improve the sense of work meaning.Based on this,enterprises should pay attention to organizational caring in the process of digital transformation,implement digitalization from the scene to the system as a whole,and encourage employees to actively participate in it,so as to improve the work experience of employees.
