摘要:板带轧机的横向刚度对于板形控制十分重要,研究轧机不同状态下的横向刚度变化规律对于实现板形的精确控制具有重要意义。本文针对某厂六辊轧机利用有限元软件ANSYS9.0建立了三维辊系有限元分析模型,分别分析了不同工作辊窜辊和中间辊窜辊下的轧制力横向刚度和弯辊力横向刚度的变化情况,为轧机板形控制量的调整提供了参考依据。
The transverse rigidity of the strip mill has an important effect on the shape control of the strip being rolled.Researching on alteration rules of the transverse rigidity characteristics of strip mill with different conditions will have great meaning for fulfilling precision con trol of shape of strip.Through the ANSYS9.0 software,a finite element model of a six-high strip mill was established in this paper.The transverse rigidity of the six-high mill with various working roll shifting and middle roll shifting were calculated,and the influences of working roll shifting and middle roll shifting on the rigidities of strip mill were also analyzed.The optimum strategy of roll shifting was presented to provide the reference for regulating control value of strip shape.
