摘要:对可降解二氧化碳基塑料进行全面的生物学评价,为食品包装材料的制造和应用提供依据。参照原中华人民共和国卫生部《化学品毒性鉴定技术规范》中生物学评价的要求,对二氧化碳基塑料急性毒性、亚急性毒性试验,致突变毒性(Ames试验、小鼠淋巴瘤细胞突变试验及染色体畸变试验),遗传毒性(睾丸染色体畸变、小鼠精子畸形试验、胎鼠致畸)等系列生物相容性试验研究。结果表明该材料的生物学检测结果均在阴性,提示该材料具有良好的生物学安全性。
to evaluate the biological safety of biodegradable carbon dioxide based plastics for the use on food packaging materials. The biological evaluation was carried out according to the guidance of 'technical specifications for identification on the toxicity of chemicals' published by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The biological evaluation of carbon dioxide based plastics was done including acute toxicity, subacute toxicity,and mutagenicity(Ames test, mouse lymphoma cell mutation test and chromosome aberration test); genetic toxicity(chromosome aberration on mice testis, sperm abnormality, teratogenicity on fetal rat). The results showed that the biological index measured in group treated with carbon dioxide based plastics were negative, suggesting that the material is good on biological safety.
