摘要:目的用纤维素酶辅助提取、膜过滤法纯化乌龙茶多糖,并研究其降糖活性。方法比较酶处理与否两种条件下的提取量及微滤前后多糖的纯度,选择合适的提取分离路线;注射四氧嘧啶制造高血糖模型,灌胃给药(IG)28 d,观察比较茶多糖的降糖效果。结果增加酶处理过程后提取率提高31.91%,膜过滤使得粗茶多糖纯度由纯化前的28.7%提高到45.3%;乌龙茶多糖(IG)为200 mg.kg-1降糖效果较好(P<0.05),结论乌龙茶多糖对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠有一定的治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE Enzyme-assisted extraction and membrane sepatation technique (MST) were applied, and the hypoglyeemic effects of tea polysaccharide (TSP) obtained were investigated;METHODS Effects of MST was investigated after the comparison of traditional and enzyme-assisted method to select a suitable program, and then TSP were gastric perfused to model of diabetic mellitus established by ip alloxan for 28 d in order to compare their hypoglycemie activities. RESULTS Cellulase treatment make a significant increase of extraction rate by 31.91% and purity of the crude polysaeeharides was elevated from 28.7% to 45.3% through microfiltration ; Best dose was 200 mg· kg^ - 1 Ig administration of tea polysaccharide. ( P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION Tea polysaccharide showed good hypoglycemic effect.
