摘要:采用熔融聚合法用马来酸酐改性聚乳酸,在100℃水浴中加热丙交酯和马来酸酐的混合物,用减压回流的方法反应20h。在实验中采用了正交分析的方法,以便找到最好的实验方案。各因素对马来酸酐改性聚乳酸分子量的影响大小依次是聚合时间、丙交酯与马来酸酐的比例、搅拌速度;最好的方案应当是反应时间20h,丙交酯与马来酸酐的比例10∶1,搅拌速度为200 r/min。同时对共聚物的结构和形貌进行了表征,且与聚乳酸进行了比较研究。
The malaya acid anhydride modifies PLA by fuse polymerization. The lactide and malaya acid anhydride were heated in 100℃ and polymerized 20 hours in reduced pressure backflow. In order to find the optimum conditions,the orthogonal design approach was applied. All factors which would influence copolymer molecular weight are, respectively, polymerization time, the ratio of LA/MA, the stirred speed. The optimum conditions were polymerization time of 20 hours,the ratio of LA/MA 10/1 ,the stirred speed of 200r/min. The structure and appearance of copolymer were characterized,and compared with those of PLA.
