摘要:文章在总结国内外旅游电子商务发展现状的基础上,分析了制约我国旅游电子商务发展的五大因素,即现有技术水平的限制、网民数量与层次的限制、在线交易的制约、缺乏深层次的客户信息挖掘和社会信用问题的影响。针对这些制约因素,提出了相应的解决方案,其目的是为我国旅游电子商务的进一步发展提供建议和参考。
On the basis of summarizing the travel E-Business development home and abroad, five constraint factors leading to the development of China's travel E-Business were analyzed. The constraint factors are: the level constraints of existing technology, the number and the level restrictions of netizens, on-line transaction constraints, lack of deep-seated customer information development and the influence of social credit problems. In response to these constraints, the corresponding solutions were put forward. The aim is to provide advice and reference for the further development of China' s travel E-Business.
