摘要:本文论述了我国经济型酒店跨越式发展的成因,指出存在的行业标准尚缺、运行成本偏高等问题。在科学管理方面,阐述了对策与措施要准确地进行市场定位,“经济”上既“锱铢必较”,又不降低质量;精心塑造不同品牌,体现不同特色;强调要拓展连锁和特许经营,集合相关资源,走集团化之路,形成规模经济,利用网络营销,不断创新发展,打造出经济型酒店牢固的合力与强大的实力。
This paper expounds the cause of an enormous leap forward in developing China's economical-type hotels and points out the existing problems: lack of industrial criteria and high cost in operation. In terms of scientific management, the paper discusses and measures: accurately making market positioning, paying attention to careful calculation and strict budgeting without reducing quality; meticulously creating different brands to embody different features, stressing the expansion of chain hotels and franchise operation, constituting relevant resources and taking the path of conglomerates to form scale economy, making use of " network system", enhancing continuous innovation and development to strengthen the power of economical-type hotels.
