摘要：服务外包作为一种新型的组织运营模式,是会议型酒店降低成本、增强自身核心竞争力的重要战略选择。目前,会议型酒店服务外包的发展尚不成熟,其中专业人才培养不足及与需求不匹配是主要症结。本文分析了会议型酒店服务外包现状及人才需求,提出了"一体两翼、三三分流"的人才培养模式,构建了以"两个平台、三项计划"为支撑的开放式教学体系。
As a new type of organization operating mode, service outsourcing has become an important strategic choice of the hotels for conferences to reduce costs and enhance their core competitiveness. However, the development of service outsourcing of the hotels for conferences has not been mature. Lack of professional talented personnel and mismatching with de- mand are the main sticking points. This essay analyzes the cur- rent situation and the demand for talented personnel of service outsourcing of the hotels for conferences and brings forward the training model of ＂one body with two wings＂. In the end, the o- pening teaching system with ＂ two platforms, three programs＂ has been constructed.
