摘要：上世纪80年代以来,北京联合大学档案学专业与北京市档案局(馆)建立了长期的校政合作关系,双方在合作中互惠互利、共同发展。2012年3月2日,北京联合大学与北京市档案局(馆)签订了《校政合作发展战略框架协议》,将合作推向新的高度。本文分析了校政合作的内容与保障机制,对校政合作培养档案人才模式进行了分析与展望。
Since the 1980s,the archival science department of Beijing Union University and Beijing Municipal Archives have established a long-term cooperative relationship.The two sides cooperated for mutual benefit and common development.March 2,2012,Beijing Union University and Beijing Municipal Archives signed a strategic framework agreement on cooperation and development.This paper analyzed the content and guarantee mechanism of universities and government cooperation,summarized and looked ahead of the model of universities and government cooperation.
