摘要：实验教学是技术应用型大学的重要教学环节,通过改革传统教学模式,改进教学方法,增加设计性、综合性实验,利用科研成果,促进实验教学活动、实验考核的改革等一系列措施,强化实验教学,提高实验教学质量,培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。
Experiment teaching is the important aspect for technology and application university.We mainlyattempt to reform the experiment teaching of food microbiology from the following aspects：to reform traditionalteaching mode,improve the teaching methods,increase the compositive experiment,and change the evaluation of coursetest and so on.It proves that these kinds of improvements are beneficial to strengthen the experiment teaching,improveexperiment teaching quality and train the ability of practice and innovation.
