摘要：法的正义是实体正义与程序正义的统一。在实体正义与程序正义的关系上,人们传统上倾向于重实体正义、轻程序正义,甚至认为实体正义决定程序正义。实际上,程序正义具有独立于实体正义的价值,程序正义的独立价值应该得到足够重视,但又不能把程序正义绝对化。
Justice of law is the unity of substantive justice and procedural justice. In dealing with the relations between substantive justice and procedural justice, people traditionally attach greater importance to the former. Some people even believe that substantive justice determines procedural justice. As a matter of fact, procedural justice has its own independent value which should be taken seriously but should＇ t be absolutized.
