摘要：近年来,台资连锁服务业在北京市场发展特色显著,而北京社区商业正在向品牌化和连锁化迈进。京台资连锁服务业与社区商业的发展相辅相成。从京台资连锁服务业的表现因素入手,分析其对社区商业发展的影响,同时开展实证研究,论证了京台资连锁服务业与社区商业互动发展的路径,最后给出了相关发展建议。
In recent years, the development of Taiwan chain service industry in Beijing market is characteristic, and the community business in Beijing is moving towards the brand and chaining. The development of Taiwan chain service industry and the community business in Beijing will accelerate each other. Firstly, this paper analysed the performance factors of Taiwan chain service Industry in Beijing, and its impact on development of community business, at the same time to carry out empirical research, demonstrated the development path of Taiwan chain service industry to interact with the community business in Beijing, finally this paper gave the proposals for development.
