摘要：在社会改革和教育转型期间,高校教师担任着传授下一代知识和培养健全人格的历史使命,所以他们的身心健康越来越受到重视。本次研究结合健康调查问卷提出了几种情况下教师应该注意的方面和饮食调节方法,以便对教师进行全方位"维护"。
During the period of social reform and transformation,college teachers shoulder the responsibility to cultivate the next generation and their perfect personalities,so teachers＇ body and mental health has been attached to more and more importance.This research,combining health questionnaire,proposes several noticing points and adjusting methods in some condition,so as to overall maintain teachers＇ health.
