摘要：教学与科研的广泛结合,激发了高等学校教学研究的极大热情。在各种立项百花齐放的今天,高校项目管理工作面临新的挑战,如何实现项目管理工作信息化成为一个亟待解决的课题。结合高校教研项目管理特点,基于面向对象思想和数据库技术开发的项目管理信息系统,真正实现项目管理的信息化,有助于高校项目管理实现科学化、规范化、高效化。
The integration of teaching and research has brought about enthusiasm in research work in higher education. The flood of projects calls for computerized project management. A project management system based on OOP idea and database technology is developed and a scientific, standardized and highly efficient computerized project management is realized.
