摘要：我国居民文化消费存在明显的空间联系和城乡差异。基于2000~2020年中国31省份的面板数据,利用空间杜宾模型和面板固定效应模型,实证检验了我国居民文化消费水平的影响因素和城乡差异。研究发现,人均可支配收入、人均受教育水平以及文化事业费占财政支出比对农村居民文化消费水平的提升存在显著的空间溢出作用;人均受教育水平和老年抚养比对农村居民文化消费水平存在显著的正向作用,对城市居民则为抑制作用,而城镇化水平对城市和农村居民的影响方向相反;文化事业费占财政支出比仅对农村居民文化消费水平有正向影响。
There are obvious spatial connections and urban-rural differences in the cultural consumption of Chinese residents.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in Chinese mainland from 2000 to 2020,this study empirically tests the influencing factors of China’s cultural consumption level and the difference between urban and rural areas by using the spatial Dubin model and the panel fixed effect model,respectively.The study found that there are large urban-rural differences between the cultural consumption level of Chinese residents and their influencing factors.There is a significant spatial spillover effect of per capita disposable income,per capita education level and cultural expenditure in the ratio of financial expenditure to the improvement of the cultural consumption level of rural residents;The per capita education level and the old-age dependency ratio have a significant positive effect on the cultural consumption level of rural residents,but it has a suppressive effect on urban residents,while the impact of urbanization level on urban and rural residents is reversed;The ratio of cultural undertakings to fiscal expenditures only has a positive impact on the level of cultural consumption of rural residents.
