摘要:目的本研究是通过构建适用于高校的云自习模式,探索云自习对大学生学业拖延、学业倦怠的影响。方法活动于2022年6月开展,研究招募了某高校67例大学生,采用非随机的前后测准实验设计,实验组参与了为期15 d的云自习活动,使用重复测量方差分析统计学业拖延和学业倦怠的前后测得分以检验干预效果。结果学业拖延、学业倦怠的组别和时间的交互作用显著(P<0.05),经简单效应分析发现云自习活动对大学生学业拖延和学业倦怠均有显著改善(P<0.05)。从过程与反馈数据看,大学生对云自习活动的参与度、满意度、认可度均较高。结论云自习模式在高校具有较高应用价值,为学生日常教育教学活动及心理健康教育提供了新思路。
Objective This study was constructed in to explore the effect of the online self-study model on academic procrastination and academic burnout among college students.Methods The activity was conducted in June 2022,and 67 college students at a university were recruited for the study,and the experimental group participated in a 15-day cloud self-study activity using a non-randomized pre-and post-test experimental design,and pre-and post-test scores of academic procrastination and academic burnout were counted using repeated measures ANOVA to test the effect of the intervention.Results The group and time interactions for academic procrastination and academic burnout were significant(P<0.05),and with a simple effects analysis,it was shown that the cloud self-study activity significantly improved both academic procrastination and academic burnout among college students(P<0.05).From the process and feedback data,college students had a high degree of participation,satisfaction,and acceptance of the online self-study activity.Conclusion The online self-study model has high value in application in university,providing a new approach for students'daily activities and mental health education.
