摘要：外语教学的最终的目的是使学生获得交流的能力,然而在传统的教室中这是很难实现的。随着21世纪信息时代的到来,信息交流技术(ICT)的发展为语言教学提供了更有利的手段,教师正在尝试把ICT整合到传统的教与学中,在这个过程中,我们如何面对ICT带来的挑战,笔者从几个方面作了阐述。
The ultimate and permanent goal of foreign language teaching is to enable the students to acquire the ability to communicate in the target language. However it is very hard to achieve it in traditional classroom. As the information age commenced in the late 20^th century, Information and communications technology （ICT） have been developed to provide language teaching as a more advanced medium. Teachers are trying to integrate ICT into traditional teaching and learning. During the process of integrating the ICT application into the educational system, what kind of challenge brought up by ICT for our schools and teachers do we face？ This paper will discuss some aspects of ICT use in school, and some of the practices using ICT in the classroom.
