摘要：改革开放40年来,我国的廉政制度建设经历了从恢复到重建,从推动到深入发展,从逐步完善到体系初建的过程,形成了具有中国特色的社会主义廉政制度体系。在党的领导下,我国形成了较为完备的廉政法律制度体系、廉政党内法规体系、广覆盖的廉政财产申报体系、不断完善的廉政监督体系,反腐效果显著。党的十九大的召开,进一步推动了我国的廉政制度在立法、法律实施等方面的快速发展。
In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the construction of a clean government system in China has experienced a socialist system of honest and clean government with Chinese characteristics,from the restoration to reconstruction,from the promotion to the deep development,from the gradual improvement to the initial construction of the system.Under the leadership of the party,China has formed a relatively complete legal system of honest and clean government,a clean political system,a wide coverage of honest and clean property declaration system,and a continuous improvement of the supervision system of honest and clean government,and the effect of anti-corruption is remarkable.The Nineteenth Party Congress of Chinese Communist Party has further promoted the rapid development of China’s clean government system in terms of legislation and law enforcement.
