摘要:随着我国高等教育的普及化和大众化,精英教育已成历史。现今的高等教育,常让教师感觉没有成就感;学生中更不乏半途而废,完不成学业之人,究其原因是因为大学生普遍对学习缺乏兴趣,厌倦学习,学习动力不足。学生的学习受多方面因素的影响,其中主要受学习动力的支配,同时也与学生的学习兴趣、学习需要、个人的价值观、学生的态度、学生的志向以及外来的鼓励紧密相联。因此,开展对当代大学生的学习动力研究,对大学生学习动力现状进行调查和分析有着十分重要的意义。通过对北京联合大学5个学院大一到大四学生3 650人的学习状况进行调查研究,分析了影响大学生学习动力的教育因素,提出了提高大学生学习动力的对策建议。
With the popularization of higher education in China, it has already transformed from elite education stage to the popular stage. But the teachers engaged in higher education today often felt lack of sense of achievement ; meanwhile, some students give up halfway in the process of their university study, because they are short of interests in learning, tired of learning, and lack of motivation to learn. There are many influencing factors on student study activities, among them the motivation to learn is the dominant one, and others closely related to the interests of learning, the needs of learning, personal values, the students' attitudes and ambition levels and encouragement from the outside. So it is significant to carry out the research on motivation to learn for the contemporary university and college students. Based on the investigations and research on the study situation of 3650 students from freshman to senior student in 5 colleges of Beijing Union University, this article analyzes the influencing factors on students' motivation to learn in the higher education, and provides the countermeasures and suggestions for arousing the students' motivation to learn.
