摘要：金融危机已经影响到了酒店业。对此,北京商务会议型酒店要对企业的发展充满信心,找准市场定位,根据市场变化调整营销战略,提升服务品质;加强培训和学习,打造高效专业的团队,提升品牌质量;缩减开支,降低成本,使酒店从容应对,转危为机,获得健康持续的发展。
Financial crisis has had great impact on hotel industry.This paper highlights the following measures concerning Beijing commercial conference hotel： first,having full confidence for economy and enterprise development.Second,clearing market positioning,adjusting marketing strategies according to market changes and improving service quality.Third,enhancing training and learning to create efficient,professional team and improving brand quality.Finally,reducing and lowering costs.Through this,the hotel will be able to transfer crises into opportunities and acquire healthy and sustainable development.
