摘要：本文通过对高校数据资源中心建设框架、建设内容的梳理,提出了基于"人、财、物"集约化管理的高校数据资源中心建设思路,并以北京联合大学为例,对建设过程中出现的问题进行了分析,总结了实践过程中的建设经验.
From screening the structure and content of developing the data and resources centers in tertiary education institutions,a novel thinking was proposed on establishing the data and resource centers in colleges and universities based on the intense management of people,money and goods.Both the problems were analyzed and the experiences were summarized in the developing practice of the data and resource center in Beijing Union University.
