摘要：目的自半仿生、黄酒和水3种方法中优选附桂骨痛复方的最佳提取方法。方法以乌头总生物碱、芍药苷、干浸膏含量为指标,在药材粒度、溶剂用量、煎提时间与温度、过滤、浓缩等条件相同的前提下,根据各指标在提取工艺选择中的主次地位,给予不同的加权系数,确定综合评价Y值,即Y((乌头总生物碱含量+芍药苷含量)×0.8+干浸膏得率×0.2,对上述3种方法进行比较研究。结果指标综合评价半仿生提取法最高,黄酒提取法次之,水提取法最低。结论附桂骨痛复方的提取方法以半仿生提取法为佳。
Objective To select the optimum method for extracting Fugui Gutong compound prescription among semi-bionic,rice wine and water.Methods Under the same conditions of material granularity,solvent volume,filtration,concentration,decocting time and temperature,etc.,total alkaloid,the contents of aconitine,paeoniflorin and dried extracts were evaluated based on their main and secondary position to determine the comprehensive value Y,Y﹦(total alkaloid of aconitine content + paeoniflorin content)×0.8+dried extract content×0.2.Results The comprehensive value Y of semi-bionic extraction was the highest,the rice wine extraction followed,and the water extraction was the lowest.Conclusion The semi-bionic extraction is the best among the three methods for extracting the Fugui Gutong compound prescription.
