摘要：基于北京市文化产业421个有效样本调研数据,运用Triandis模型探讨文化产业实践社区的支持要素和作用机制。研究发现,动机、便利条件和安全因素对文化产业实践社区知识共享有显著影响,其中知识共享动机是实践社区成员预期结果、情绪感受和环境因素对知识共享行为影响的中介变量;要促进文化创意产业的知识共享行为,需要注意不同激励领域的合作,建立适当的组合支持系统。
Based on Triandis model, this article uses data of 421 valid samples from the cultural industries in Beijing, the researchers found motivation, convenience and safety factors significantly influence the knowledge sharing behavior in COP of cultural industry. We also found knowledge sharing motivation is the mediator between expected result, emotions and en- vironmental factors and knowledge sharing behavior. To promote knowledge sharing behavior in culture industry, we need to establish the appropriate combination of support system.
