摘要：淮海战役前,国共双方的判断和应对举措均有偏差。国民党军方面误认为中原野战军与华东野战军联手发起战略决战,进攻方向在鲁西南,目标是徐州。中共没有意识到华东国民党军即将全面收缩,以致于未能在原定地域包围黄百韬兵团。战后,双方对黄兵团被围原因的分析有失偏颇,国民党方面归罪于郭汝瑰,中共方面则没有意识到围歼计划峰回路转得益于蒋介石决策的突变。
Before the Huai-hai Campaign,there were deviations on judgment and response between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party.The Kuomintang judged mistakenly that the East China Field Army and the Central Plains Field Army launched jointly the decisive battle,the direction of attack in the southwest of Shandong Province,and the goal was Xuzhou.The CPC didn’t realize that the opponent contracted strategically,and had to change the original battle area.The analysis of the causes why the Huang Bai-tao Crops were annihilated was biased:the Kuomintang imputed to Guo Ru-gui,while the Communist Party didn’t realize that the plan was still carried out only because that Chiang kai-shek changed suddenly his military deployment.
