摘要:利用双水相分配技术结合温度诱导效应提取甘草酸 ,研究甘草酸单铵盐在环氧乙烷 环氧丙烷共聚物 (EOPO) 混合磷酸钾 (KHP)体系中的分配行为。通过实验确定了最佳体系 :EOPOL64浓度为2 8(wt) % ,K2 HPO4浓度为 3 2 (wt) %。甘草酸单铵盐最大总收率达 68 4% 。
The techniques for separation of giycyrrhizic by aqueous two phase extraction combined with temperature induced phase separation were studied. The partition behavior of giycyrrhizic in ethylene oxide propylene oxide random copolymer(EOPO)/KHP/water systems was investigated. The optimum conditions were EOPO L64 28(wt)%,K 2HPO 4(wt) 32%. Particularly, this technique will be used in separation and extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.
