摘要：面对规模不断扩大的返乡农民工群体,如何有效地将其创业意愿转化为成功创业行为是进一步提升农民工返乡创业效能的关键问题。然而已有研究并未就转化机制给出相对完整的解释与路径刻画。利用4位返乡农民工机会型创业的典型案例,运用创业叙事研究还原创业者的创业情境,系统分析具体创业情境下返乡农民工从机会型创业意愿到创业行为的转化过程,构建转化机制的理论模型,揭示转化过程中返乡农民工的行为决策逻辑与特征,并提出两条转化路径,为充分理解返乡农民工机会型创业的实现过程,有针对性地开展创业指导与服务提供理论支持。
Facing the expanding scale of rural migrant workers returning home,how to effectively transform their entrepreneurial intention into successful entrepreneurial behavior is a key issue to further improve the effectiveness of rural migrant workers who return home to start a business.However,the existing studies have not provided a relatively complete explanation and path description of the transformation mechanism.Taking four typical cases of opportunity-oriented entrepreneurship of rural migrant workers returning home as examples,by using the entrepreneurship narrative research to study and restore the entrepreneurial situation of entrepreneurs,and to analyze systematically the transformation process from opportunity-oriented entrepreneurial willingness to entrepreneurial behavior of rural migrant workers returning home,this paper builds a theoretical model of the transformation mechanism,revealing the behavioral logic and characteristics of rural migrant workers under the transformation process.This paper also puts forward two transformation paths,which may help us to understand the process of returning migrant workers’opportunity-oriented entrepreneurship and provide theoretical support for targeted entrepreneurial guidance and service.
