摘要:师生民主平等的讨论持续已久,有分歧也有误解,有批判也有建构。其主要争议集中在对"平等"的理解与认定上,且价值层面的研究占较大比例。一般性人际关系无法全面推演师生关系,民主平等无法表征师生关系的特质。因而,这一讨论需要摆脱抽象空泛的论说与煽情,回到教育框架下,明确教师的主导作用,正视教师的教育权,言明民主平等限度,转向实操性问题。唯此,此话题才有继续讨论的价值所在。
The problem of the democratic equality between teachers and students has been discussed for a long time. There have been a variety of differences and misunderstandings, criticism and constructions during the debates, however, few attentions have been put on democracy and most researches focused on the value of equality. The teacher-student rela- tionship varies from the general interpersonal relationship, which neither can be fully explained by the democratic equality. Therefore, the research must avoid abstract and empty rhetoric, which should be put into the framework of education and focus on the leading role of teachers', the teaching right, the boundary of democratic equality and the maneuverability. Only in this way can a further discussion on this topic be carried on.
