摘要：当今社会迫切需要培养具有创新精神的复合应用型人才,这使高校多学科交叉融合、综合化的趋势日益增强。应用型文科专业群通过开展综合实验教学,锻炼学生的团队交流合作能力,促进学科间交叉融合。这不仅要有科学的实践教学体系和专业人才培养方案,还要有支撑文科专业群综合实践教学的动态开放的实践教学平台。校内不仅要建设模块化文科公共实验平台,还要建设以专业工作室为主要形式的实景式实践基地和以就业为导向的创业实践基地;"产学研结合、校政企合作"建立稳定的、长期的、覆盖文科专业群的校外实践基地,发挥学校和企事业单位各自的优势,共同培养社会与市场需要的复合应用型人才。
In current society,it is imperative that high schools cultivate the compound applied personnels with innovative spirit.It has greatly fastened the synthesized trend of the interdisciplinary fusion.The students of liberal arts specialty group get the ability of team cooperation of exercise,in order to increase horizontal contacts and cooperation of the interdisciplinary by comprehensive practice teaching.Not only the scientific practice teaching system is designed to the relevant implementation in talent training scheme of various professional,but also there is a dynamic and open practice teaching platform to support practice teaching of liberal arts specialty group.It is necessary for liberal arts specialty to construct modularized and public experimental platform,to construct real practice base in a professional studio,and the employment oriented entrepreneurship practice base in university.It needs to establish stable and permanent outside-school practice bases to cover all liberal arts specialty groups so that Production-Teaching-Research principle can be cooperated,schools and enterprises can jointly develop the compound applied personnels to meet the needs of market in their respective advantages into full play.
