摘要:从脊柱侧弯矫正的受力分析出发,将脊柱简化为二维模型,比较了脊柱侧弯矫正中的轴向载荷、横向载荷和两者的复合载荷的静力学特征。通过对牵引机构和转动机构的力学分析,获得了坐姿正脊按摩椅对脊柱施力的生物力学特性。采用ANSYS软件对坐姿正脊按摩椅的矫正功效进行了模拟,通过改变牵引力和转动机构提供的横向载荷和纵向载荷的大小,分析了牵引机构和转轮机构对脊柱微变型的影响。最终得出结论:轴向力和横向力同时作用在脊柱上,矫正效果应该最佳,而且无论脊柱变形程度多大,轴向牵引与横向挤推的组合受力方式对于脊住微变有着最佳的效果。进而设计了一台坐姿正脊按摩椅,该正脊按摩椅主要由座椅、靠背、扶手、牵引机构和转轮机构等构成,为脊柱侧弯相关疾病提供矫正治疗依据,减少脊柱侧弯患者的病痛,为今后脊柱侧弯治疗领域理论增添依据。
Scoliosis in recent years is one of the more common spinal disease,its treatment includes conservative treatment and surgical treatment. From the force analysis of scoliosis correction,the spine is simplified to a twodimensional model,the characteristics of the scoliosis correction of axial load and horizontal load,and the statics of composite load are compared. Through the analysis of the mechanics of traction mechanism and the rotating mechanism,the biomechanics properties yielded under applying pressure of spinal massage chair are obtained when patient has a right posture. Using ANSYS software the corrective effect of sitting position by spinal massage chair is simulated. Changing the traction and the rotating mechanisms,the influences of traction institutions and wheeling drift of the spine are analyzed. Final a spinal massage chair with sitting position is designed,mainly includes seat,back of a chair,armrest,traction mechanism and the organizations of the wheel parts.
