摘要：随着我国企业数字化转型的持续推进,企业的创新成长活动受到了企业数字化水平的深刻影响。基于资源基础理论和资源编排理论,本文利用166家科技型中小企业的调查数据,探索数字化水平在企业家精神与双元创新、企业成长之间所发挥的边界效应。研究结果表明,数字化水平中的数字化装备水平负向调节企业家精神对于利用式创新的正向影响,并在企业家精神与探索式创新和企业成长的影响关系中存在U型调节作用;而数字化应用水平在企业家精神与探索式创新、利用式创新和企业成长的影响关系中均存在U型调节作用。研究结论为企业在不同的数字化水平下优化配置双元创新、促进企业成长发展提供依据。
As China’s enterprises continue to advance in digital transformation,their innovative growth activities have been profoundly influenced by the level of their digitization.Based on the Resource-Based theory and Resource Orchestration theory,this paper explores the boundary effects of digitalization level on the relationships between entrepreneurial spirit,dual innovation,and firm growth using the survey data from 166 technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).The findings suggest that the dimension of digital equipment level within the digitization level negatively moderates the positive effect of entrepreneurial spirit on exploitative innovation and has a U-shaped moderating effect on the relationships between entrepreneurial spirit and both exploratory innovation and firm growth,while the dimension of digital application level has a U-shaped moderating effect on the relationships between entrepreneurial spirit and both exploratory and exploitative innovation,as well as firm growth.The findings provide a basis for enterprises to optimize the allocation of dual innovation and promote firm growth under various levels of digitalization.
