摘要："新工科"建设是城市型、应用型大学的必然要求。新工科专业的内涵要求专业名称新,专业要求新;城市型、应用型大学建设应体现在培养应用型、城市型、地方性所需的人才;北京联合大学智慧城市学院落实学校办学定位,积极探索"新工科"建设,在学院的名称、学院和专业建设内涵发展方面积极研究、探索和实践,依托行业、拓展资源,以学生为主体,以教学为中心,围绕新时代人才培养的要求进行了积极探索。
The construction of ＂new engineering discipline ＂ is an inevitable requirement of city-based,application-oriented universities. The connotation of the new engineering major requires new professional titles and new professional requirements. City-based,application-oriented universities should cultivate application-oriented talents to meet urban and local needs. The Smart City College of Beijing Union University actively explore the construction of ＂new engineering discipline＂under the guidance of the school-running orientation. Researches,explorations and practices have been carried out on the name as well as the connotation development of the college and discipline construction. Relying on the industry,expanding resources,taking students as the main body,teaching as the center,and focusing on the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era,the Smart City College has been actively exploring its running and management.
