摘要：经济的转型和快速发展对高等职业教育的人才培养提出更高要求,北京联合大学在高等职业教育人才培养方面进行了积极的探索并取得了显著成效,为构建现代职业教育人才培养体系提供借鉴和参考。
Requirements on the talent-cultivation of high vocational education come to a higher level due to the transition and rapid development of the economy. Beijing Union University has made active exploration and remarkable achievements on the talent-cultivation of high vocational education, and provided references for the construction of the talent-cultivation system for modern vocational education.
