摘要：近年来,国内学者对科技人才开展了大量的理论研究和实践探索。本文利用信息可视化软件对CSSCI数据库创办以来收录的1998年-2012年国内有关科技人才研究文献的关键词共现计量及年份演变的视角,科学、客观、精确地对15年来该领域的研究热点及其演进历程进行了探索和分析。
Science and technology （ S＆T ） are the primary productive forces and S＆T talent is the most core force to promote S＆T innovation and progress. In recent years, domestic scholars have carried out a large number of theoretical research and practical exploration on S＆T talent. In this paper, I used the information visualization software to take keywords co-occurrence measure and time zone evolution analysis on domestic research literature on S＆T talent frnm1998 to 2012 by CSSCI database. I took the rational, objective and accurate analysis on main research focus and its evolution on S＆T talent in the field for 15 years and provided a powerful reference for in-depth study on domestic S＆T talent.
