摘要：人才强国战略的提出是我国在新形势下的一个重大决策。高等教育与实施人才强国战略中的创新型国家建设有直接关系。我国现行高等教育还存在着严重的问题,制约了高素质人才大批涌现。需要多元化、多层次发展高等教育,加强高校的素质教育,高等教育要“以人为本”,与国际接轨,培养国际化人才,在国际竞争中取得主动。
The proposal for the strategy of making China stronger by producing more outstanding personnel is a major policy decision of our country in the new situation. The higher education has a direct bearing on the innovational state construction to implement the strategy of making China stronger by poducing more outstanding personnel. In our country, serious problems still exist in the present higher education, and the emergence of a large number of talented people with high quality is thus restricted. So it calls for the development of pluralistic and multilevel higher education, and it needs to strengthen the quality-oriented education in colleges and universities. The higher education should be ＂human-oriented＂, integrate with the international, train the internationalized talents, and take the initiative in the international competition.
