摘要：The problem of one-day tours market disorder exists widely in many cities of China. For a long time, the solution of this problem has mainly been to strengthen trade management of tourism. This study argues that public products characterize one-day tour service, which takes individual tourists as major objective. Tourists will rely on all kinds of city public services to achieve their aims of traveling. Not only the single way of tourism trade management cannot solve the problem of one-day tour's market disorder, but is one of the reasons why this problem cannot be well solved for a long time, so it should be considered from a new perspective of city public service, to figure out relevant countermeasures. Taking one-day tour in Beijing as an example, this paper puts forward concrete countermeasures from the perspectives of city public services and trade management.
