摘要：近年来,共享经济发展迅速,在促进就业、提升企业创新方面展现出巨大潜力。本研究以滴滴出行为例,较为系统地研究了滴滴出行平台对灵活就业人员的绩效管理及存在的突出问题,并进一步比较分析了共享经济下平台型组织灵活就业人员的绩效管理与传统企业员工绩效管理的差异。与传统企业的以岗位绩效管理不同,平台型灵活就业人员的绩效管理以工作任务为绩效管理的单元,以大数据和算法为驱动,呈现出:"数据驱动、开环体系、双元激励、三方共赢"的典型特征。在上述研究的基础上提出了针对平台型灵活就业人员的绩效管理创新策略,为共享经济背景下平台型组织灵活就业人员的绩效管理提供实践性的启示。
In recent years, the sharing economy platform has developed rapidly and has shown great potential in promoting employment and enhancing corporate innovation. This study is based on the example of dripping behaviors, based on the analysis of the work behavior, work characteristics, and work status of the platform-based flexible employment personnel. The company has systematically studied the performance management of Didi’s flexible employment personnel, including performance planning, performance coaching, assessment, feedback, and motivation. It further analyzes the differences between the performance management of flexible employment personnel in platform-based organizations and the performance management of traditional enterprise employees in the shared economy. On the basis of the above research, the innovation strategy for performance management of platform-based flexible employment personnel is proposed to provide practical inspiration for the performance management of flexible employment of platform-based organizations in the context of sharing economy.
