摘要：In recent years, the credit system will be applied in the Chinese universities. The quality of teaching management should be improved with the more flexible for the lesson selection and study. The comparison and evaluation for the quality in the undergraduate level must be carried out under the direction of national education administration and a ranking must be published every year, to improve the teaching quality. The innovations of thought and concepts in the educational management should be applied in the university administrative simplification.
