摘要:我国应用型高校教师教学发展经历了同质化起步、差异化探索、差异化与制度化协同、标准化建设4个发展阶段,呈现3方面典型特征:建立了基于政策引导的保障体系,形成了全方位科学化的生态评价体系,探索了多层面、多形式的实践路径。但也存在特色欠凸显、教学管理形式化、教师教学发展被“遮蔽”、教学发展中心的作用有限、基于团体的教师教学发展不足等问题。基于此提出如下对策:突出应用型高校教师教学发展特色,建立应用型高校教师教学发展支持体系,引导教师开展教学学术研究,发挥教学发展中心的协同作用,构建教师教学发展共同体。
Teachers’development in application-oriented colleges and universities in China has experienced four stages,including the beginning of homogeneity,the exploration of differentiation,the coordination on differentiation and institutionalization,and the promotion of standardization.It has presented three typical characteristics.Firstly,it establishes a security system based on policy guidance.Secondly,it forms an all-round scientific ecological evaluation system.Thirdly,it explores practice paths of multi-level and multi form.Meanwhile,the problems include five aspects,such as less prominent features,formalization,teachers’development being“obscured”,limited role of faculty development center,and insufficient development of teaching community.The paper puts forward the following solutions.We should highlight the characteristics of teaching development in application-oriented universities,build a support system for teachers’development,encourage teachers to carry out teaching and academic research,give full play to the role of faculty development center and construct the community teachers development.
