摘要:通过对赴边疆基层工作大学毕业生群体进行理想信念调研访谈,分析这一群体的理想信念状况以及影响因素,发现影响理想信念形成、发展的因素主要包括理论学习、榜样感召、实践锻炼以及家庭影响。在此基础上提出新时代大学生理想信念培育的4个着力点:思政课程和课程思政有机结合,打牢理想信念的理论根基;完善社会实践和志愿服务机制,使理想信念得以践行和深化;树立校园榜样、引入社会榜样,营造校园榜样文化;建立健全家校合作机制,构建理想信念教育合力。
Through the investigation and interview on the ideals and beliefs of the college graduates working at grassroots level in border areas, this paper analyzes the situation of the ideals and beliefs of this group and the influencing factors, and finds that the factors influencing the formation and development of ideals and beliefs mainly include theoretical learning, example inspiration, practical exercise and family influence. On this basis, the paper puts forward four focal points for cultivating college students’ ideals and beliefs in the new era: the organic combination of ideological and political courses and curriculum ideology and politics, to lay a solid theoretical foundation for ideals and beliefs;improve social practice and voluntary service mechanisms to practice and deepen ideals and beliefs;set up the campus example, introduce the social example, build the campus model culture;establish and improve the home-school cooperation mechanism, and construct the ideal and faith education joint force.
