摘要：人事管理子系统作为高校办公自动化系统的子系统,提高了高校各部门尤其是人事部门的工作效率,减少了数据冗余,在系统中对不同角色人员赋予不同权限,实现对人事信息使用最大化。本文设计了符合自身要求的人事管理系统,对总体功能和每个子模块的功能进行具体阐述。
Personnel management subsystem subsystem universities as office automation systems, improve the efficiency of various departments and personnel departments of colleges and universities in particular, to reduce data redundancy in the system to give different permissions to the different roles of staff, to achieve the maximization of the use of personnel information. This paper presents the personnel management system in line with their own requirements for functionality and overall functionality of each sub-module was specifically addressed.
