摘要：以北京市内城区三大就业中心——CBD、金融街和中关村作为研究对象,通过调查问卷的方式获取了就业中心的人群在居住、就业及通勤等方面的数据,用可视化分析和层次聚类分析法等分析了北京市就业中心人群居住和工作的职住关系。结果表明:三大就业中心的职住辐射范围逐渐扩大,就业人员长时间通勤的比例增加,这成为职住均衡的最大挑战;就业功能区定位不同,导致不同就业中心居住人群和就业人群的职住关系差异显著;总体而言,就业集聚区内居住人群的通勤状况好于就业人群,但金融街区域居住人群和工作人群的通勤时间相当,并表现出不同的特点;就业中心的等级、规模等自身条件决定了就业中心的服务范围,对这些职住关系的影响因素加以合理规划,有利于解决北京市就业中心的职住分离问题。
Taking the three employment centers of Beijing like CBD,Financial Street and Zhongguancun as empirical case,this essay has surveyed the residents with home or job at these places about their commuting characteristics, and employed the visualization and hierarchical clustering methods to examine the home-job relationship at the three employment centers. The results show that the expanding radiation scope of three employment centers and the increasing proportion of long commuting time intensify home-job imbalance become the largest challenge to the home-job balance; home-job relationship is varying by the employment centers due to their different employment functional orientation,that home-job balance for the residential population on the whole is better than the working population at the employment centers,and that the service area of the employment centers of Beijing have an association between their hierarchy and size. It is concluded that taking the reasonable planning and adjustment to the contributing factors affecting the home-job relationship is beneficial for improving the home-job balance in Beijing.
