摘要：与传统城镇相比,特色小镇除了注重生产功能之外,更注重生活功能,它追求特色化或主题化发展,追求产业中高端化、人口素质中高端化、生活品质化、生态环境景观化,兼具生产、生活、生态、休闲、文化五大功能。特色小镇主要是因为特定的生产集聚和生活集聚而产生的。它的出现可以追溯到古代,但只有当城市化率达到一定的水平,人类进入到工业化后期和逆城市化之后,特色小镇才会规模化出现。特色小镇是逆城市化过程中城市人口流出的蓄水池,后工业社会产业转移与升级的第二空间,旅居时代人们精神生活的家园。在我国特色小镇是小城镇建设和重点镇建设的升级版,是中国新型城镇化的重要路径选择,也是中小城镇未来发展的重要方向。
Compared with traditional towns, special towns pay more attention to the life of town＇s people and pursue a characteristic development. Industry, life, ecology, leisure and culture are the five functions of special towns, which pursue advanced industry, quality population, a relatively high living standards and an ecological environment. Although special towns originated from the production and life agglomeration and can be traced back to the ancient, only when the urbanization rate reaches a certain level, and only when people have stepped into a post industrial society and the time after the counter urbanization, will special towns appear in large scale. They will become a reservoir for the people who come from counter-urbanization. They will be the second space for the industrial transfer and upgrading in the city. They will also become a spiritual space of their people＇s life. Therefore, the small characteristic towns will be an upgraded version of the urbanization. It is a good way for China＇s new urbanization, and will also be the mainstream direction for urbanization in the future.
