摘要:本文针对IDC机房机柜空调的特点和控制要求,采用支持1-wire单总线的DS18B20温度传感器构成传感器网络进行数据采集,研制了支持1-wire单总线的专用PID温度控制器。通过调节电动风阀开度,改变送冷风量,将机柜内温度控制在32℃~35℃之间。该系统应用于某证券交易中心的服务器机房机柜的空调环境,取得了很好的控制效果。
According to air conditioning features and control requirements of computer cabinets in IDC room,this paper developed adedicated PID temperature controller with 1-wire bus. The sensor networks for data collection were composed by temperature sensorDS18B20 which support 1-wire bus. By regulating the electric air valve opening to change the cooling air volume supplied into thecabinet,temperature within the cabinet was controlled at between 32℃~ 35℃. The system is applied to real IDC room in a securities trading center,and achieved ideal control effect.
